Welcome to MyCam Page! Our classroom is a state approved state fish hatchery! Our first salmon baby hatched today, 11-20-09 and the rest over Thanksgiving weekend! Babies that just hatch are called sac fry. They sorta look like a small worm with a egg sac attached under it's chin. The sac is their food until they are developed enough to start eating fish food. We need a magnifier to see them clearly so that is why you don't see them perfectly in focused but you will be able to soon. They are starting to be see by the webcam. The cam will get clearer as they get bigger. They just started feeding. They look like a swarm of bees all diving to the top at the food.
