He is a Nosy Be Panther Chameleon.

If he isn't in sight now then he might be shortly.

He can be quite active during the day but the camera is only looking into the enclosure just under the sun lamp.

He is now over a year old being born in January 2008.

These Panther Chameleons from the Nosy Be region can become very colourful after about a year or so.

Male Panther Chameleons can grow up to 20 inches (50 cm) in length, with a typical length of around 17 inches (45 cm).
