Ambilobe Panther Chameleon (Blue Bar)

 

Here you can watch my Panther Chameleon as he goes about his day. If he is not visible now he will be later so do try again soon.

He is an Ambilobe Panther Blue Bar.

If he isn't in sight now then he might be shortly.

He can be quite active during the day but the camera is only looking into the enclosure just under the sun lamp.

He is only a few months old being born in January 2008.

These Panther Chameleons from the Ambilobe region can become very colourful after about a year.

Male Panther Chameleons can grow up to 20 inches (50 cm) in length, with a typical length of around 17 inches (45 cm).
