Welcome to my cam page and thanks for stopping by...
This cam offers you another taste of Wood-Ridge, NJ / USA
We are located in Southern Bergen County which is in the northern part of the state.
More information about my hometown can be found here -http://www.wood-ridgenj.org/ Our town of Wood-Ridge is located approx 5 miles west of mid-town Manhatten, NYC. Scenes usually change daily and afford you a view of the weather and family activites here in NJ.
My name is Rod Barton and I am an amateur radio operator, my call is N2UFQ. I enjoy all facets of radio but mostly operate UHF repeaters here in North Jersey. You will find me most listening to the KC2JES repeater located in Lyndhurst, NJ (441.250 +5 127.3) This is also a echoIRLP node located at 53188 & 4329 respectively. Linking codes are standard prefix (#53188 - 4329 & 73). More information about this repeater can be found at www.ka2otd.org. If your visiting the NY/NJ area or simply live in the area and would like to utilize echoIRLP or the repeater, please feel free to do so. There is quite a bit of history to this repeater and I encourage you to take a look. In my spare time I enjoy monitoring Metro Fire Radio here in NJ and Citywide Radio NY as well as spending time with family and friends. I am a CATV tech of 20 years and a Frequency Coordinator for the National Football League. Take a look at the new stadium being built for the NY Giants and NY Jets in my favorites list.
Lately I've been tinkering with 220mhz and 900mhz.. I've also got a north jersey streaming digital scanner (pro-106) you might find interesting...You can listen to that here - http://ivory.slip7.net/start/gebarton/
